Projects

To keep our way of life we have to make the world safe from errant genetic engineering (GE) and the total industrial takeover it is feeding, so our projects currently center on GE:

  • Community Service: GMO-Free Portland! Here we share what we learned as we eliminated GMOs from our diet. We support local businesses that care about us as eaters, provide tools to help you succeed, give great information and activism resource, and we have a growing Facebook community that cross-posts with groups in other cities and states.
  • Activism: GMOreform.org. We want Congress to reel in out-of-control agencies that regulate GMOs. To solve great problems, we must treat people and other works of nature fairly and with respect- using democracy, and Congress has the power to fix this problem but they all need to hear our shout first.
  • Politics: Label GMOs: It’s Our Right to Know. In partnership with this campaign, we reach out to businesses, organizations, and individuals to invite them to participate. If California passes this measure, it will change our national situation completely whether you live in California or not. Click the link to make a donation, or to access other parts of the website for more ways to be involved.
  • Education: We are available for speaking engagements on the topics of Positive Food and GMOs. We also do custom research and writing to help you rally a group behind a solution, educate employees, or demonstrate a problem with reputable information sources. Please email us to inquire.

If GMOs are something you are starting to be preoccupied by, it is a sign you’re peeling back the layers. (Just about everyone reading this that isn’t new to it anymore remembers the feeling of being pulled in more and more.) You can’t “unknow” and feel protected again so why not delve in? Get your answers, find support with others just like you, and make some real change.

Please Contact us. Tell us about yourself, and what we can do for you… or just as us a question. Our work with others is as individualized as people are unique. Whether you need a speaker for a large conference, or need some shopping help, we’ll be very glad to hear from you.
